location is excellent! Between the village and outlets. Cleanliness.
No WIFI! Even if we are told it is! and the mattress leaves a lot to be desired in terms of comfort!

Immaculately clean hotel in a nice building near n conway and many restaurants and attractions and the center of North Conway. Brand-new and well-maintained room, with a nice bed. A bathtub in the bathroom. Honestly nothing to complain about.

Accepts animals but charges $20 per animal. Can negotiate for 2/30$.
Room accepting animals not very clean as far as the carpet is concerned. Last room in the building so wifi signal weak.

The hotel's location is great, right in the middle of town and close to everything. The room was large with an amazing view and a balcony. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Exceptional view on the balcony, hot water in profusion. Bath drain that works well.
Carpet in the bedroom. Obsolete furniture and decoration. A small table would be handy.
